Edinburgh Street Food (ESF) — это круглогодичный крытый рынок уличной еды в центре Эдинбурга, Шотландия. Он открылся в феврале 2023 года в здании Omni Centre на улице Leith Street.

История До появления ESF уличная еда в Эдинбурге была представлена в основном сезонными мероприятиями, такими как Pitt Street Food Market, который закрылся в 2021 году. Официальное открытие ESF состоялось 25 февраля 2023 года. Благодаря вкладу в развитие уличной еды в городе, Эндрю Маршалл был включен в список The List Hot 100 2023.
Пространство ESF занимает отдельный угол в Omni Centre с собственным входом с улицы. В неоновом фуд-холле расположено более 200 посадочных мест, а на крытой террасе с подогревом — еще 250. Три бара предлагают крафтовые напитки из Шотландии, причем около 70% разливного пива поставляется из эдинбургских пивоварен. Позднее к рынку присоединились Razzo Pizza Napoletana, открывшая здесь свой второй филиал в 2025 году, Sister Bao и Harajuku. В течение года проводятся мероприятия с участием временных торговцев и живые выступления, что придает месту динамичный характер.
В 2024 году ESF стал финалистом премии The Scotsman Scran Awards в номинации «Новичок года».
