Instawork

История
Instawork была основана в 2015 году Сумиром Мегани, бывшим руководителем Groupon, и Сауреном Шахом, бывшим инженером Google. Компания участвовала в программе акселератора Y Combinator летом 2015 года.
В 2019 году Instawork привлекла 18 миллионов долларов в рамках раунда финансирования серии B под руководством Spark Capital и GV. Эти средства были использованы для расширения деятельности в Финиксе (Аризона), Чикаго и Лас-Вегасе.
В июле 2021 года Instawork получила 60 миллионов долларов в раунде финансирования серии C. В начале 2022 года компания начала международную деятельность, запустив сервис в Торонто и Ванкувере (Канада).
В 2023 году Instawork привлекла 60 миллионов долларов в раунде финансирования серии D под руководством TCV при оценке компании в 760 миллионов долларов для расширения технологий искусственного интеллекта. К середине 2023 года на платформе было зарегистрировано более 4 миллионов работников, и она работала в более чем 30 городах Северной Америки. Платформа использует искусственный интеллект для проверки и подбора работников на подходящие должности на основе таких критериев, как опыт, местоположение и прошлые результаты.
В 2025 году Instawork добавила функцию для постоянного трудоустройства, используя свою существующую технологию подбора для связи работников с возможностями полной занятости.
